The first day we pick you up from the airport to your hotel and travel to the blue city called Chefchaouen. granted one of the most beautiful cities in the Rif mountains. We will spend the night in a local riad in the Medina.
After breakfast, you will begin to discover the Medina and it’s alleys on your own, Chefchaouen is a beautiful and unique city with its whitewashed walls and its color. This city offers visitors beautiful urban panoramas, in the medina you can walk to see it and enjoy the impressive souks and have your time to enjoy local crafts … spend the night at an hotel or local Riad.
After breakfast, our trip will begin towards Volubilis crossing some small towns such as ouzzane and other Riff villages, in Volubilis, a World Heritage Site, we will discover the Roman ruins and learn about the archaeological site of Moroccan history, then we will go to the city of Meknes where we will stop at the main gate called Bab Mansour Gate, one of the largest gates in Morocco a. After lunch we will continue to Fez, where we will spend a night in a local riad in the old Medina.
This morning after breakfast in your riad, you will start a sightseeing tour of the city with a local guide. Who will give you more information about the city and its attractions. You will visit the Medina (old city) while walking on foot. You will visit the Bouanania and the Attarine Medersas constructed in the early 14th century by the Merinides, the Mosquee et Universite Karaouiyne/Karaouine (The ancient educational center of Islamic learning), and the Nejjarine Marble Fountain. You will have a break for lunch at a typical Moroccan restaurant. Continuing on your visit, you will view the decorated gate of Bab Boujeloud, the medieval tanneries, the Royal Palace. Then visit the Souks (local markets) where merchants and craftsmen sell their hand-made jewelry, leather goods, copperware, and pottery. After the visit, you will be returned to your riad.
After breakfast to save time, we drive to the Sahara desert through Ifrane (Swiss Morocco), then drive through the Middle Atlas mountains and stop in a Berber city called Azrou forest to see Monkies living in this beautiful forest and then we continue our way to Midelt, the capital of Appels, where we will stop for lunch, then we will continue towards Merzouga Sahara through the Ziz Valley and stop for a moment to enjoy an impressive panoramic view then Erfoud, the capital of the dates and we will be in Merzouga in the afternoon where we will stay at a local hotel near the dunes.
After breakfast at te camp, we begin to discover the Merzouga area, we will take a tour of the dunes and we will pass the path of Paris Dakar, we will visit the fossil mountains and then we will drive to the nomadic people who live outside the center of Merzouga to see how they live in their tents, then we will have tea with them, after that we will go to the village of Khamliya, originally slaves brought from Sudan here, you will have the opportunity to listen to their music and learn about their culture. And lunch will be here in this town if you want to eat a traditional Berber pizza, after that we will take you back to the hotel to relax and be ready to ride camels and spend a night in a Berber camp.
After enjoying the amazing sunrise among the sand dunes then having your breakfast,we start driving to the Dades Valley through the Todgha Gorges and the Berber villages. Lunch will be in Touroug, then we will drive to the Dades Valley, where we will see the majestic sandcastles and the incredible rock formations known as “Monkey Toes”. We will spend the night in a traditional guest house with dinner and breakfast included.
After breakfast at hotel , we will begin our journey traveling to the Dades Valley through many Berber villages, . After that, we will continue our way to Ouarzazate through the Valley of the Roses, then we will visit Amridil Kasbah built on 17th century, that in the afternoon we will be in Ouarzazate in a well-selected hotel.
After breakfast in the hotel we will start our last day through Ait Benhadou Kasbah (UNESCO World Heritage Site) Then we’ll continue towards Marrakech. On our way we will via Tizi N Tichka pass Lunch will be there & We will be in Marrakech on evening time. transfer to the airport and end of services.
